Are Gift Certificates Available?

Gift Certificates are available in any amount. Gift Certificates may be used for food or gifts in our gift shop. You can purchase gift certificates in the gift shop or we can take your information over the phone and mail one out.


Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.


Do you ship your teas?

Yes! We ship tea across the USA. Please call us when you are ready to have your favorite tea shipped. We ask that you call so we can gather the proper information such as address, phone and credit card information. We use flat rate boxes from the U.S. Postal Service. In addition to the price for the tea there is a price for shipping.


Do you have Vegetarian/Allergy conscience menu items?

We have many vegetarian options on our menu and can customize to meets your needs. Please inform us if someone in your party suffers from any food allergies.


How long is our reservation?

Tea times for our Traditional Afternoon Teas is one and half hours and are served in courses. If you cannot stay for the full time, please let us know so we can accommodate your schedule. We are unique in the fact that our Royal Teas menu items are served in courses.  If everyone in your party is eating the same entrée item then everyone will be served and enjoying their meal at the same time.  This also aids our kitchen staff and wait staff in ensuring that everyone in your party has a grand experience.


Can I bring children? Do men visit?

We are happy to have children in the tea room for private parties. We do ask that all children stay with their table and be supervised at all times because we handle very hot water. We also ask that respect is given to the other tables in the tea room that want to have an enjoyable experience. At this time, we do not have any highchairs available. We welcome all guests! We have a selection of men’s hats as well.


What to wear?

We welcome all guests! Casual business attire is a good guideline if a suggestion is needed. If this is an occasion where you want to wear full tea dress, complete with hats and gloves, please do. We also have a delightful collection of complimentary hats and scarfs/pearls for guests to enjoy.


Do you take walk-ins?

Reservations are recommended for our tea times. However our traditional Afternoon Teas may be ordered by walk-in guests if tables are available. We will let you know when you call ahead or arrive during our normal business hours.

 

Do you offer A la Carte Orders to Go!

We are now taking a la carte orders from our high tea menu to go just as we serve it at Tea Time - fresh and elegant. We will prepare your order for up to 100 guests. Choose items from our menu - from our delightful scones to our savory delights. We offer mini tea sandwiches and mini tea desserts for $1.50 each. Our scones are $2/each. We also offer whole spinach quiche for $15. Pick-Up Only: we recommend that you pick-up the items 1-2 hours before the event so that the items remain their freshest. Prices may vary so please confirm beforehand. Please also give 1-2 weeks notice prior to your event.
